  • Can I walk in without making an appointment in advance?

    Although we schedule appointments weeks or even months in advance, Walk-ins are welcome and if we are able fit someone into our busy schedule we will.  If we are not able to, we will make the appointment for as soon as we can or refer to someone who can see immediately. 

  • How do I contact the clinic during off-hours?

    Off- Hours we request that you call our regular number and leave a message.  We will return your call the following business day.

  • Can I pay for services in installments?

    Payment for services is due at the time of treatment in full.  We file insurance on your behalf and do our best to quote correct numbers on behalf of the insurance company.   However, payment for treatment is utlimately the patients responsibility and you are responsible for any fees not paid by insurance even if our initial evaluations of insured cost are mistaken.
